Furious Paul's Current and Future Projects

This page represents the projects that I am currently working on along with projects I have planned for the future.

Recently Accomplished Projects:

• Live Gameplay Setup - I accomplished setting up my LIVE gaming stream at Twitch.tv as of 11-26-13!
• Castlevania 2 - I have accomplished many amazing world record speed runs for Castlevania II Simon's Quest:  Deathless run in 38:43, Any% run in 36:52, 100% run in 45:44, and Glitchless run in 38:28.
• Super Castlevania IV (my favorite game of all time) - I speedran CV4 for an average of 7 hours per day for over 3 years (March 2014 - April 2017) and obtained the world record speedrun time for it along with beating the game over a thousand times.  I am not finished with Super Castlevania IV yet.  My current goal with the game is to get a sub 31:40.  I am currently actively practicing or running CV4 on my twitch channel.  Although it is more of a side project as I am focusing more of my time preparing for Classic WoW.

Current Project(s):

• Classis WoW - Got back on Classic WoW leveling guide construction work at the beginning of 2018 and will keep working on the "Classic" versions of WoW leveling guides for many years to come.  This is all done under my WoW character's name:  Joana.  This is also all done on my other website dedicated to this at JoanasWorld.com

Future Projects:

• MMORPG of the future?? - I currently got no other future plans as I will be sticking to Vanilla WoW and Super Castlevania IV for awhile.  In the far off distant future I would love to get into another MMORPG that is of very high quality and do speed runs through it (similar to what I did with vanilla WoW).

Possible Future Speedrun Projects:

The games listed below are mostly classic console retro games I may consider speedrunning in the future:

SNES:

• Joe and Mac - Beat the world record speed run through this game.
• Super Mario Kart - I love this game and we will see what my personal best is at the 150cc world cup times.
  
  MORE SNES GAMES: The games above are high on my list to work on, but there are many more SNES games I would love to work on and speed run through sometime, and they are:
• Super Metroid

• Pilotwings
• Super Ghouls N' Ghosts
• Donkey Kong Country 1 & 2
• Contra III
• F-Zero
• Yoshi's Island
• Star Fox
• Street Fighter 2 Turbo

  So don't be surprised if you see any speed runs or content associated with these games by me in the future.

NES:

• Mega Man 3 - I have a strong desire to speed run this game sometime.
• Castlevania III.
  
  MORE NES GAMES:  There are many more NES games I would love to work on and speed run through sometime, and they are:
  
• Duck Tales
• Double Dragon II & III
• Adventures in the Magic Kingdom

GENESIS:

• Road Rash 1,2,3 - The Road Rash games were very fun when growing up and I could possibly do something with these games sometime.
• Streets of Rage 2 - I have played this game a lot and I might do some speed runs through this game eventually.
• QuackShot - When I was young I had a strange desire to beat this game over and over again, so don't be surprised if you see a speed run done for it.

XBOX 360:

• Trials HD/EVO - I have put in a massive amount of time into these games from 2008 - 2012.  We will see if I can do a speed run for these games or at least something for it sometime.
• Defense Grid - Fun tower game I have played a lot.

PC:

• Diablo 1 - I am looking forward to doing some speed runs through this game as a sorcerer.
• Comanche 1 (DOS) - Who would like to finally see someone beat this game all the way through quickly? I can do it.
• Pinball Fantasies (DOS) - Out of all the pinball games out there (real and video), this pinball game was the most fun and memorable for me.  I got really good at this pinball game, especially the Party Land game.  Look forward to seeing some high score gameplay for it.
  
  Other PC games that are lower on my priority:
• Half-Life
• Wolfenstein 3d
• Warcraft III

The list above represents a rough guess on what I will be working on in the future.  This list is subject to change at anytime.  I will generally play whatever I feel like playing at any given time :)

And of course if there is any new game that comes out that I really want to play I will switch over to that as well, whatever that may be.
